Justin Levy, Founder and Director of 100 Squared, launched the first to market retail concept with a mission to engage the wider community in inspiring, creative experiences, through supporting and showcasing emerging creative talent.
He has spent the last 4 years seeing this mission come to life in the form of artistic and retail ventures where he offers his commercial expertise to artists and designers looking for platforms to sell their works and kick-start their careers.
Justin was a founding partner of the iconic Fringe Bar Markets in Paddington, Sydney which showcased some of Australia’s most talented up-and-coming designers and vintage collectors, many of whom went on to exhibit at Australian Fashion Week. It was awarded for outstanding community participation and contribution in the City of Sydney Business Awards 2008.
All too familiar with Sydney’s Paddington, Justin also founded the William Street Festival. Once a year, William Street transforms into a vibrant fashion, music and community festival where retailers and locals celebrate the iconic shopping precinct.
Justin’s interest in the arts led him to establish the ABSOLUT Stairwell Gallery, an exhibition space in Sydney’s Kings Cross dedicated to increasing support and upholding the artistic work of Australia’s young artists.
Along with these projects, Justin brings to 100 Squared a background in advertising and fashion, having worked as a Menswear Buyer for Oroton and on national advertising campaigns for Toyota Australia. He thrives on making new connections and building lasting relationships with his creative partners.
